New computer was setup by a young family member , and he set up 5 administrator accounts.Have now removed 4 accounts , but cannot remove the last administrator account as XP tells me , it can only be removed by another administrator. Now when they start the computer ,they have to login every time (although theres no password set) on the "adam" account. Also if screensavers running and mouse is moved ,the login screen appears again. How do they remove the final admin account or reset everything ?.I will be relaying these messages (i use 98) so simple terms if possible please

you absolutely need atleast 1 administrator account... you need enough privileges to perform some tasks or you'll be stuck... and the user account simply just doesnt have enough privileges. The admin account is used primarily for troubleshooting or by experienced users as it gives you FULL administrative privileges on the system. Compared to the user account where some parts may be restricted.
As for the way you login or the screensaver you can check control panel by going to start--->settings--->control panel then check the account settings and disable fast user switching as well as you can choose to use the welcome screen or just the regular login box like win98. Theres some more settings in there too... I THINK to have the account login automatically not sure...
Post back if you have any comments or questions or to just post back your results :)
