Dear Friends all of you,
I wrote to the official support in Spain and the answer was that in Nod and Outpost -both, is cooming integrations solutions (one only).
I have the mail.
My english is not good. Sorry.
I am new, and I saw that this especial (tema, in english) is closed. I was in the hospital.
I have just understood what is all about.
But this info is important, I think. ONLY ONE.

Your in friendship, E. Tito.

I wrote to the official support in Spain and the answer was that in Nod and Outpost -both, is cooming integrations solutions (one only).Nod32 and Outpost are not going to be integrated into a single product (though there are doubtless many Nod32/Outpost users who would welcome that). Instead, both ESET (Nod32) and Agnitum (Outpost) have their own security suites which attempt to provide an "all-in-one" security package.

Agnitum's suite (Outpost Security Suite) is described here (http://www.agnitum.com/products/security-suite/index.php) and has a separate forum here (http://outpostfirewall.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=85). ESET's suite (Smart Security, currently in beta) is discussed in the Wilders ESET Smart Security Beta Forum (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/forumdisplay.php?f=18).

Since this is more of an OSS query, I will be moving this post and the preceding one to the OSS forum...

If you are referring to running only one suite product, that would depend. Running two suite products may be a problem with choosing which parts to enable or disable in each and whether the parts actually turn off.

Both companies have stand alone versions of the main product that do work together after a few adjustments.

both companies provide all in one solutions
agnitum OSS - great firewall, average antivirus
esset internet security (beta) = weak firewall, great antivirus

best combination = outpost firewall, and nod32's antivirus

.... best combination = outpost firewall, and nod32's antivirusNo doubt about that! Too bad they won't be combined in a suite product.

only average?
is that becos it is uncertified?
in your experience has it missed something that nod32 didnt?

i dont have nod32, but what is it with OP users and nod32 anyway? :)

It's not OP users, it's that NOD32 users really like NOD32 for its light footprint, high accuracy and the unobtrusive manner in which the program function.

It may very well be that the AV engine that Agnitum is using will develop a similar following. At the moment though there's just not enough third party testing history for anyone to really give a qualified opinion. It's just too new at present.
