Aggghhh!

I have just spent about 20 mins trying filling in a bug report i submitted it and then got a internal server error :/ tried again and got the same problem!

So I will post here I guess.

1st Problem is on install I get unsigned driver error with VBEngNT.sys.
2nd Problem is writing permission to the feedback folder.
See attached Document ossbeta1.doc

Since KB932596 I can no longer get around the unsigned driver problem.
I can easily set write permissions on the feedback folder if told to I will.

My second problem is getting the debug app to install. I am using the latest Debug 5.0.1252.619 but it says I do not have OSS installed. I have reinstalled 3 times. It says in the FAQs that using the debug app is mandatory, so how did anyone else install it?

Hi paj215,

Welcome to the forum.

I don't have time to test the beta yet, but some other testers are reporting the same feedback problem here:

BTW, the bug reporting system are offline now. There may be a maintenance or crash at the ticketing system. You may file the bug report again some time later. ;)

At this point in the beta testing drivers are unsigned. I was able to disregard this in XP and move forward but I don't have a X64 bit system. That certainly sounds like an opportunity to Agnitum. I imagine that when they get around to signing these drivers this won't be a problem with Kernel Patch Protection.

The debug plugin no longer works with 2008. There is a built in system but it needs to be turned on. I'll ask Agnitum to post instructions how to do that.
