After using Anitum Outpost for about 3 months with no problems, I am finding now that with websites I have to log-in to, such as Hotmail and msn groups I have to disable Outpost.
I don't know if I have inadvertently altered something in the configuration, but it isn't an ideal situation to be in not using the firewall.
Any help would be appreciated it

Try just disabling the "Active Content" blocking - and if that works, set up options for each site - I believe you can blanket several by the "tail" of the domain name only, useful if there is a server pool.
You may also have to enable "Referers" to access some secure sites. Go to Options, Plug-ins Setup, Active Content, Settings. Highlight Web Pages in left window and enable Referers in right window. This has helped me in accessing secure sites.
Hi Pauline. Good suggestions. You should be able to see whats going on by looking at the logs for active content, and ads.
If you see nothing in the active content log, but see something like a bunch of /banner. being blocked in the ads section, you may want to go to the properties of ads and remove that entry. Of course you can uncheck the blocking first to see if that is the problem.
You definitely need referrers and cookies available for sites with logons.

If you mean by all these wonderful replies, yes, everything is back to normal thanks, I did post a thanks message on the board to everyone but it's disappeared. Probably over-ridden by other messages. A great response and quickly sorted. Thanks again to everyone
