The bad guys are trying to do damage

Every day in many different places, i find i am being attacked, this is the reason i have tried many different scanning programs. but now i am at the point that i really want to highlight the culprits of this type of crime and do damage back to them... or at least make them think twice when attacking me... i wish someone or many someones would give me answers to this dilema....

use a java script to attach a message to all communications that a hacker writes that annouces their position as a hostile threat... this would be ideal, unless they found ways to turn it around...
