Aaargh! I need HELP to find a program!

My appointment/daily-reminder program needs to be replaced.

I have downloaded MANY candidates -- all turned out to be trash. Main problems with most of them -- they just tried to do too much.

If any of you know a good program of the following type, PLEASE let me know soonest...

1) Does daily, weekly, monthly & annual reminders

2) Can be set to start reminding several days BEFORE an event is due

3) When it loads, it presents a list of stuff due-today, or overdue

4) NOT a lot of other features. I would like a small program --1mb or less, if possible

5) Does NOT run in background. Does NOT sit in my system tray.

6) $10 or less

7) WinMe now, but can grow to Win 2k or XP if I sniff glue & decide to upgrade.

Any suggestions -- even bad ones -- will be muchly appreciated.

I would still like to see if anyone can come up with some thing that doesn't require Visual basic runtime package.
