Loadqm.exe

Hi all,I recently downloaded muchods Http logger(great plug-in but still don't know its full potential)and noticed a lot of entries reffering to Loadqm.exe.I did a search to find out what this is and there is a fair bit of confliction as to exactly what its purpose is only that it has something to do with the autoupdate function in Explorer and Messenger(could be wrong but this is how I interpreted it).Anyway I disabled it at start up to see if there is any conflict with anything and surprisingly there doesn't seem to be any so far.What the heck is it and why have it more the point as it seems to check back to Microsoft a lot (as displayed in the log details on Http logger).Which if it is an update feature why so many connections? .Will disabling it harm my machine in any way?.Curious.Snaky :confused:

AFAIK it is used to keep messenger up to date. I have always disabled it and not had any troubles. you will jsut have to update messenger manually.
