I take back what I wrote about the Blocklist report. As Hayc59 said, if you click on the report it will stay up. I've had one up for several minutes now.
In fact, I was able to get another one overlapping the original. There was no way to tell by looking there were two there until I closed one and there was another one right behind it.

The above domains are the worst offenders because they change IP address a lot (many times a day). Be careful and ensure that your HOSTS file is up-to-date and actually blocking all the bad sites. Add them in your HOSTS file or OpenDNS blocked domains if it's not there yet.

Find a good block list manager and adjust the list to taste. Block lists will always contain addresses someone may need or want to use. They should be considered a starting place not a final answer.
