VB engine load failure

Can anyone help please. After deleting a photo editing program and re-starting my computer, OSS free pops up a message "Unable to load VB engine in SANDBOX.SYS driver".
How can I correct the problem, as it tells me that OSS free is now limited.

Think that I may have cured it myself.
Re-downloaded OSS Free, and installed as a program update (which may also work as a repair).
Everything fine up to now.
