Screen Freezes often

Hello,

Since I migrated to 7.5.2, my screen freezes often.

When Outpost displays a dialog concerning the actions of software, it blocks the screen and I can not click on the dialog.
I had to problem, but it got worse with this version.

When I install software, I must put self-learning mode because I do not respond quickly enough to dialogue is painful.

Sounds like a Corrupt Install to me. Please give more details like:

OS Version, AV Software, or other Malware Software

also, you migrated (not new install) from what Version of OP?


Here is my Upgrade Process that may give you some ideas:

Sometimes, you just have to. I keep a Copy of each Version in c:\Outpost that I make for these reasons so they don't get erased during uninstall.

(You may need to Shutdown your AV... perhaps by Turning if OFF and for it NOT Come On During ReBoot.... or Uninstall it totally before your OP Install)

Also, keep a copy of IP Blocklist, Backup Config's, etc.

I just did a 32 Bit Update over version 7.1... but as to be sure to Not Confuse/Corrupt the New Install, and DID NOT Import the previous settings. Then After The Reboot, you can Import your Old Settings with OP in Disabled Protection Mode.

All went well with NO Problems and it is working VERRRY Well.

OS Version: Windows 7 premuim 64x,
AV Software: Kaspersky Antivirus
Windows defender disable
Windows Firwall disable

New install with import rules.
C:\Program Files\Agnitum\Outpost Firewall Pro

I will reinstall itself, see if that works better.

I reinstall properly, and this seems to work better.
