I cannot renew due to Share-It saying they don't like my email address which I've used for years. In looking over my email when I tried to renew a year ago, I had other problems with Share-It and Agnitum had to get involved, which they subsequently resolved.

I guess things have changed with Agnitum support since this year they have been hands off and pretty much said it's not their problem. I really like Outpost as a product, but unfortunately, I have to leave it and go to Comodo or another firewall. Luckily, I have found out Agnitum's lack of support before I paid them any renewal money and I just can't justify renewing now even if Share-It got their act together due to Agnitum's (lack of) response in all of this.
