Error Message

When i go to start>programs>agnitum>tauscan 1.6>Tau monitor, i get the following message box:

"Failed to create empty document"

Please follow the instructions:

1) if you run Tauscan then exit it
2) quit (exit) Tau Monitor on your system tray (right bottom corner of your
screen)
3) go to start->programs->tauscan->uninstall and uninstall the program
4) go to C:\Program files\Agnitum and delete the folder 'Tauscan'
5) quit running all programs
6) install Tauscan again
