Conventions

When I first started this guide I had know idea how big it would get. So with the revamp I have tried to stick to certain conventions throughout the guide. For your convenience they are listed below.

As I never used them when I first created the guide I have had to alter the content to use the conventions. As such, some things that should be bold may not be, while somethings that should be in italic are not. If you see anything that has been missed please let me know.

Button names appear in 'single-quotes'
Column titles are in italic.
Combo box text appear in 'single-quotes'
Domain names/Hosts are in italic.
Event and Action properties appear in 'single-quotes'
File names and paths are in italic.
GUI captions appear in 'single-quotes'
Menu names appear in 'single-quotes'
Menu Paths are in italic.
Quotes are in bold and italic.
Rule names are in bold.
When refered to directly, branches and trees are displayed in bold.
Window names are in bold.

This is an unofficial guide, the information expressed here may differ from Agnitum's. There is a support forum (no longer run by Agnitum, but by users) if you need more help this is a good place to start.
