Turn off DNS resolving

Bottom

DNS resolving can be turned off (this will not stop DNS Caching, to do this you need to turn off the DNS Cache Plugin). Turning of DNS resolving means that Outpost will stop looking up the IP address for Domain Names.

To do this select a connection monitor, any will do, so either [All Connections log icon] All Connections, [Established log icon] Established, [Open Ports log icon] Open Ports, [Incoming log icon] Incoming or [Outgoing log icon] Outgoing. Then right click on the Log Panel and select the Columns... option:

[Connection Monitor context menu]
