All Connections
This is the default connection monitor branch. You can reveal other connection monitors by right clicking on the My Internet tree, the All Connections branch or the All Connections log and selecting Layout from the context menu. The Layout window appears. Toggle the additional branches you want made visible and click on the 'OK' button.
The number after each connection monitor branch is the number of sub-branches there are based on the current grouping. For example, the default grouping for All Connections is group by Application which displays all applications with connections on their own sub-branch when All Connections is expanded. So if the number after All Connections is 5 then there are five applications with connections (but not necessarily five connections), as these five applications could be using 20 ports in total. All connection monitors are expandable, you should try out grouping options on different monitors to see how differently information can be presented to you.

What else can you do with All Connections?
The connection monitors enable you to block or allow an app on-the-fly by highlighting an application and right clicking. You can then bring up a context menu:
You can then block or allow an application all the time or until you reboot. You can also quickly create rules based on one of Outposts predefined rule sets by selecting Create rules using preset and the selecting a set from the submenu. Another useful function is the ability to view an applications connection history, this filtering can be further filtered by applying a time based filter. The last thing you can do with the connection monitors is to display an applications properties.
